Perhaps like you, I held my childhood troubles until I couldn’t handle the weight anymore. I was exhausted by the effort of making the outside of me OK while the inside of me needed the support. Through my healing journey, I came to realize that there isn’t a way out or around this work… the only way is through.
I needed guidance and support because the path was hard to see, and I felt lost.
Whether you have experienced difficulty in your childhood, adult traumas, illness, or other life challenges, you may be hearing a call to do something different, to stop the fix-it strategies that haven’t worked, to acknowledge your hurting and be honest with yourself about the truth of your experiences.
People talk a lot about resilience these days. To me, resilience isn’t something you find… it’s something that exists in every person that needs cultivation. The resilient parts of you may be calling you to do inner work, to grieve, to love even the parts of you that seem broken, to find your courage when you are afraid, and to understand that you are the “enough” that you, and those who love you, need.
Something inside may be inviting you to embrace your wholeness, intrinsic worth, and beauty. The voice within knows that whatever you’ve been through, your challenges can serve you on your journey to becoming more and more of the person you truly are.
Together, we explore your strengths. Using encouragement and uplifting inspiration, we investigate what is possible for you. We don’t focus on short-term solutions. Instead, we find ways to understand what is happening underneath your challenges, connecting today’s problems with deep inner hurts so that you can have more access to your inner world.
This is the work we do together at Merry Hearts.
We work together to foster a greater sense of humanity and a belief in yourself, even if you’re not quite sure you are worthy yet, feel confused about who you are, or don’t know how to do this inner work.
I believe that everyone has that light inside, even if it looks like the smallest ember in the dark, and it’s this light that we can all grow to bring warmth and life to our hearts, minds, and bodies.
Embracing this precious life and finding freedom, peace, and joy is what happens when you feed your inner flame.
I am here for you on your journey, and I would be honored and grateful to meet with you and walk with you as you listen to the calling within you to grow.
